We are always excited about offering opportunities, We have mares that are delivering good bodies horses, and currently in foal to Heartland, we have a small percentage of two weanlings, less than a year old available.
Two Tom's d'Etat babies, colts, half to the good looking Creative Cause out of Dialin Sis and the Beau Liam out of Darby Shaw that are going to be broken and sent to Wesley Ward this next spring. These are their half brothers.
Tom's D'Etat was trained by Al Stall, Jr and was a superb performer as he got older winning 10 of his total 11 winning races as an older horse. Two Grade 1's going long. You got to hear my reaction when I visited the babies, especially the Dialed In Sis baby, this spring shortly after they were foaled:

You can hear my reaction.
The Darby Shaw baby was just foaled at the time of the video.
Here is their pictures in July

Good conformation on both, The Darby Shaw is a bit more immature at this time than the older, by a few weeks, Dailin Sis. Love how they are built behind, and it all starts from their hind end.
The plan: Raising babies is fluid, you have to adjust but having an idea what you want to achieve. My goal is ALWAYS put the horse first, let them tell us via their maturity and physicality where we want to go, buyers at Keeneland or Fasig Tiptons sales want to see yearlings that look like two-year-olds, those are few and far between the good ones. We raise the horse right way and they will treat us right. You can never be in a hurry, the day your agenda is different than the what the horse is prepared to do is the day you ruin your horse. Period.
We have had success with relatively few horses because we take our time, Ms Locus Point, Bridget Moloney, Bo Cruz, Ronin Dax, Officer Quigley (he took a lot of patience).
We have had success with realtively bargain purchases and homebreds. We love our Beau Liam and Creative Cause yearling colts and 2yos of 2026. We can't wait for the Heartland babies foaling next spring and these Tom's D'Etat youngsters will be fun to watch grown into athletes and racehorses. Join me, lets do it together
The average upkeep for these babies will be around $300-$400 a month at most montly for 10%.
They are not named, and no trainer will be assigned until we see their development. The monies Kentucky is offering is too good to pass up.
Contact me for % available, good opportunities and alaways available for visits.
