This month of August has gone by faster than a Wesley Ward two-year-old at Keeneland in the spring.

We are coming to the end of Saratoga, a challenging meet, one of our top meets for maiden and baby info, and based on the comments from our subscribers we have had a very good meet.

Saratoga is a hard meet, you have to deal with volume, quantity and the provincial tendencies of NY racing.

Del Mar runs thru Sunday, September 8th, and remember Del Mar is the home of the Breeders Cup, this year and next.

I have been getting reacquainted with the Del Mar scene and product, horses are trained different in So Cal, than any other place, they are asked to do more and there is a far more emphasis of going fast and they can, as long as they can, compared to the rather conservative early approach on the East Coast, which is why East Coast speed doesn't handle West Coast speed.

So, Its almost like I have to wear two hats.

Today at the Spa, it feels like a Saturday card.

Its a 12 race card, with a number of opportunities. There's always an opportunity at the Spa.

Del Mar is only a 8 race card that starts at 3 pm Pacific, and 6 pm Eastern.

Tomorrow Pacific Classic card is amazing, there is ton of information in our work report, its huge. We will post Del Mar later today.
