OFFERING — OPPORTUNITIES
You’ve followed our progress, and now there are a few opportunities to get involved with what we’re building.
BANKSY’S has been an incredible opportunity for our partnership. His success has also significantly enhanced the value of his dam, Darby Shaw, and now Banksy is headed into graded-stakes company.
We have two small percentages available in Banksy’s yearling half brother by Tom’s D’Etat and Dialin Sis Yearling.
We’ve already seen what this mare can do, she enhances the sires. Banksy has validated the mating, and his younger brother is an extremely attractive yearling — great balance, all the right angles, and the kind of physical that catches your eye immediately.
And we have another Tom’s D’Etat yearling, this one out of Dialin Sis, the dam of our next horse, SONNY’S STYLE, a two-year-old currently with David Fawkes who has been turning heads for quite some time. He has two works under his belt and the latest on our Video Workout Library.
I can't wait to unveil him.
We also have Heartland Babies by Justify on the ground, and we're planning to take the mares to WHITE ABARRIO.
There are currently 10% interests available in each of the two Tom’s D’Etat yearlings for $7,500 per 10% interest.
I currently own a high percentage of these horses myself, and my goal is to keep my personal ownership around 25%. That means I'm looking to bring in a few partners who want to get involved.
And we're not done.
At the Keeneland Yearling Sale, we bought what I believe is an exceptional individual — a Good Samaritan colt out of Mistress of Love.
He is outstanding.
I firmly believe you can still buy a very good horse without spending ridiculous money.
You just have to play the game intelligently.
I believe we did that this year.
And we're looking for one more yearling at the Fasig Tipton Sale in a couple of weeks.
That's what makes this fun.
We're building a program — not chasing one horse.
We've got young mares producing.
We've got young horses developing.
We've got Banksy heading toward graded company.
We've got Sonny's Style waiting in the wings.
We've got Beau Callahan, the 2yo Banksy's brother about to head to the track.
We've got Heartland Babies on the ground.
And we're looking forward to breeding to White Abarrio.
We're doing this with a simple philosophy:
Buy smart. Breed smart. Develop horses. Be patient.
We do what we preach, we are patient and develop horses. That's our directive, to have mature runners on the track. They run when they're ready.
And hopefully, let themselves do the talking, like Banksy's he has earned $285K and we sold a small percentage for a profit.
